1. Introduction
Welcome to CoreSaaS™ Kit. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of our software products ("Boilerplates"). By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. License of Use
By purchasing a CoreSaaS™ Kit Boilerplate, you are granted a **perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable** license to use the source code of the purchased version for:
- Unlimited personal projects.
- Unlimited commercial projects (e.g., SaaS, internal applications, websites for clients).
License Restrictions
YOU MAY NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the original or modified source code as part of another boilerplate, starter kit, or template.
- Create a direct competing product that sells source code using CoreSaaS™ Kit as a base.
Prohibited example: Sell the kit's source code to other developers or agencies.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of the product (immediate delivery of source code), we do not offer refunds once the purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered. All sales are final.
To ensure the product fits your needs before purchasing, we ask that you review the detailed technical documentation and, where available, try the Live Demo of the product.
4. Support and Updates
The purchase grants the right to receive all minor updates and security patches corresponding to the lifecycle of the major version purchased (e.g., all 1.x versions).
New major versions (e.g., upgrading from v1.x to v2.x) that include structural changes or significant new functionalities are considered independent products or updates and may be subject to an additional charge.
5. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "AS IS". In no event shall CoreSaaS™ Kit be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the technical requirements before purchasing.
