END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the payment of the applicable license fee via Gumroad, CoreSaaS™ (the "Licensor") grants you (the "Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, modify, and integrate the source code into your own projects or projects for your clients.

2. PERMITTED USES

You may use the source code to create unlimited end-products for personal or commercial use.
You may modify the source code to adapt it to your specific requirements.
You may deploy the backend on private servers for yourself or your clients.

3. PROHIBITED USES (RESTRICTIONS)

No Redistribution: You shall not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the source code (original or modified) as a "boilerplate," "starter kit," "template," or any competing development tool.
No "Open Sourcing": You may not release the source code or any derivative work under an Open Source license (such as MIT, Apache, or GPL).
Trademark Protection: This license does not grant any rights to the "CoreSaaS" name, logos, or brand identity. All end-products must be rebranded, and the CoreSaaS™ name must be removed from the final user interface.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not convey any title or ownership of the Software to the Licensee, but only a limited right of use.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION

Any breach of this Agreement will result in the immediate termination of the license. In the event of termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies of the source code in their possession.
